SIDDHI ENGINEERS has a dedicated team for all activities. We have 30+
full time associates working with us for execution of electrical and
plumbing works including back office and it is growing with genuine
pace.
Our non -departmental workers are being appointed as per project
basis through different labour contractors. The endeavor of our company
has always been to provil its employees with a climate conducive to
sharing, contributing and developing ideas strategies and plans for
achieving individual as well as organizational objectives.
SAI SIDDHI ENGINEERS follows the policy of recruiting young
& inexperienced staff & helping them grow by providing them the
required training. A Joint Development Committee has been formed to get
the inputs from every level in the organization to facilitate the
development and growth of the Company as well as its employees. Regular
training and development programs ensure that the employees are
conversant with the latest technobgies and techniques.
As a
diversified business conglomerate, we play multiple roles and
acknowledge that stakeholder engagement is crucial to our business. Our
key focus is to gain an understanding of the needs and expectations of
the various stakeholder groups within and outside the organisation.
We have an extensive value chain and we interact with a wide

economic, environmental and social aspects.
The result is a comprehensive report of our community, their
needs and priorities, gaps in the system and our way forward. As a
result, we have designed a framework to streamline our activities and
implement high impact community development programmes.
